“The Old Hotel” (originally ‘The Butterfield Hotel’)  in the center of Lincoln, VT is one of the oldest Vermont Bed and Breakfast’s. Built in the 1840’s this hotel was home for the lumberjacks working in Addison County. New Haven Builders worked with the business owners to design and build the new addition seen above (the barn-red one) that contains a large kitchen and dining hall with garage below, as well as stand alone two bedroom apartment above. ADA compliant railings and accessibility ramps installed where needed.

We built this addition for the The Old Hotel, in Lincoln. Attached to the existing hotel (right of photo) this new building contains a large dining hall, hotel kitchen, garage and separate two bedroom living quarters upstairs. Second story porch and lower deck added after photo
