On the multi family homestead in New Haven, VT, New Haven Builders worked to demo this existing barn that was unsalvageable. Working closely with the homeowner, we designed and built an extensive two-story addition connecting onto the existing 1800’s brick farmhouse as well as build a second efficient two-story home with basement on the adjacent parcel.
